The Residence Inn Altamonte Springs is located ten miles north of downtown Orlando and just one mile from the Lucent Technologies training center. * Studios are large open rooms with either one king bed or two queen beds, full bath and furnished living/dining area with sofa bed. Some king studios and all queen studios have a fireplace. Penthouse suites are bilevel units with one king bed and full bath in lofted bedroom and one king bed behind French doors, full bath and furnished living area with fireplace and sofa bed on the main level. All accommodations feature Marriott's new bedding package and have a fully equipped kitchen with dining counter, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, cooktop stove and oven, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable cleaning fee of USD 75.
